 Charlie Rossi, Associate Broker, REALTOR®Charlie joined The Sue Smith Team after a career as a soldier, Army Officer, and Civilian Federal Employee. Charlie brings to The Sue Smith Team a wealth of leadership experience and the desire to help you with your Real Estate needs. Charlie was recognized with the Re/Max 100% Club award for 2007, 2008, & 2009. Charlie has lived in Loudoun and Fairfax counties since 1991. His children attended school in Loudoun County. His daughter is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, and his son is attending college in Virginia after serving in the Army and working for Lockheed-Martin. Charlie enjoys the outdoors and is an avid hiker, runner, and cyclist. Charlie also enjoys lacrosse -- having played for many years in Syracuse, New York and while in the Army. He also coached lacrosse in Loudoun County in the 1990's. In addition, Charlie enjoys designing, building, and installing custom millwork home projects. Charlie has a BA from Syracuse University and an MA from Georgetown University.  Julie Young, REALTOR®Julie brings her positive, passionate, & energetic outlook to the group. Julie hails most recently from the fitness industry where she was a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and a certified Pilates Mat instructor, as well as a mom of two great children. Julie’s work ethic parallels her passion for exercise and an active healthy lifestyle—she chooses to live life with positive energy, vigor, and a healthy competitive attitude to help her achieve her goals—all of which enhance the skills necessary to successfully navigate her career in real estate.  Kristen Smith, REALTOR®Kristen joined The Sue Smith Team after graduating from James Madison University with a degree in Political Science in 2010. She is a native Virginian and was raised in both Eastern and Western Loudoun County. Kristen is a graduate of Potomac Falls High School and brings a wealth of knowledge of the Northern Virginia area to the team. Kristen is an avid equestrian, competing internationally in the Olympic sport of Three Day Eventing, where she competed through the Advanced level. Kristen uses her knowledge of equestrian needs and desires to specialize in the market of Equestrian Estates in Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William, Clarke, and Fauquier Counties.
